01. Scope and operator
This notice relates to the NERALOQ corporate website, its contact form and its product-updates list. It does not describe data processing inside any future product. The operating entity and privacy contact are shown below once confirmed by the owner.
02. Information you choose to share
A contact message includes your name, email address, topic, message, language and the time of submission. A product-updates request includes your email, selected interests, language, consent record and confirmation status. Do not submit confidential or sensitive records.
03. How information is used
Contact details are used to review and respond to your enquiry. Updates are sent only after an explicit signup and email confirmation. Sending a contact message does not also subscribe you to marketing.
04. Essential security and browser storage
When a live form is used, a short-lived security cookie helps protect the form. The application also keeps temporary, keyed hashes of network addresses for rate limiting rather than storing raw addresses in the form database. This website does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Inter and Noto Kufi Arabic are loaded through Google Fonts; requests to Google may include connection metadata such as an IP address. Hosting-provider logs may be separate from the application database.
05. Service providers and storage
When activated, records are stored in the operator’s website database. A configured email provider processes confirmation messages, responses and updates. Hosting location, provider identities and applicable transfer arrangements must be confirmed before public launch. This notice does not claim that all data remains in any particular country.
06. Retention and control
The supplied retention process removes contact records after 180 days, unconfirmed signup requests after 7 days and old delivery records after 30 days. Confirmed subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe or request removal; unsubscribed records are removed after 30 days by the configured maintenance process. Deployment must enable and verify that maintenance process.
07. Your choices
You can use the unsubscribe link in a confirmation or updates email. You can also contact the privacy address shown below to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements and proportionate identity verification. Withdrawing from updates does not stop a necessary response to a separate enquiry.
08. Children and sensitive information
This corporate site is intended for professional enquiries and product information, not for collecting children’s information. Please do not submit information about children or sensitive personal records.
09. Changes
The notice may be updated as the operator, service providers and products are confirmed. Material changes should be published here before the related data processing changes.
